Hi, I’m Blair.
Website designer, systems thinker, former high-school English teacher, and the woman behind Kendall Douglas Studio. I help talented women turn what they do well into businesses that look polished, operate thoughtfully, and feel worthy of the work behind them.

I’m a wife, bonus mom, older sister, and former English teacher who found her way into entrepreneurship.
Teaching is part of my story, but it isn’t the whole story. It strengthened my ability to listen, organize information, explain complicated ideas clearly, and recognize when someone needs more guidance—not more jargon. Those instincts followed me into business.
Today, I get to combine strategy, creativity, organization, and problem-solving to help women create businesses that feel legitimate, considered, and completely their own.
